한국은행법 제24조(의결서 작성 등)

① 금융통화위원회가 의결을 하였을 때에는 의결서를 작성하여 의결에 참여한 위원이 기명(記名)하고 날인(捺印) 또는 서명(署名)하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 금융통화위원회는 국회 소관 상임위원회가 요구할 경우 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자료를 비공개로 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 제2호의 경우에는 해당 금융통화위원회 개최 후 4년이 지난 경우로 한정한다.
