Bank of Korea Act, Article 87 (Right to request submission of data)

한국은행은 금융통화위원회가 통화신용정책 수행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 다음 각 호의 자에게 자료 제출을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 요구하는 자료는 자료 제출을 요구받는 자의 업무부담을 충분히 고려하여 필요한 최소한의 범위로 한정하여야 한다.
