한국자유총연맹 육성에 관한 법률 제2조(국·공유재산의 대부 및 시설지원)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 한국자유총연맹(이하 "총연맹"이라 한다)을 육성하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 「국유재산법」 또는 「공유재산 및 물품 관리법」 등의 규정에도 불구하고 국ㆍ공유재산 및 시설을 그 용도에 지장을 주지 아니하는 범위에서 무상으로 대부하거나 사용ㆍ수익하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 무상으로 대부하거나 사용ㆍ수익하게 하는 경우 그 내용ㆍ조건 및 절차 등은 해당 재산이나 시설물의 관리청 또는 지방자치단체의 장과 총연맹과의 계약으로 정한다.
