한국투자공사법 시행령 제4조(전문가 위촉 등)

①운영위원회의 위원장이 법 제12조제6항 후단의 규정에 따라 전문가를 위촉하는 경우에는 운영위원회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.

③이 영에서 규정된 사항 외에 전문가의 위촉에 관하여 필요한 사항은 운영위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
