한부모가족지원법 제12조의5(복지급여수급계좌)

① 국가나 지방자치단체는 제12조에 따른 복지 급여를 받는 지원대상자의 신청이 있는 경우에는 복지 급여를 지원대상자 명의의 지정된 계좌(이하 "복지급여수급계좌"라 한다)로 입금하여야 한다. 다만, 정보통신장애나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 불가피한 사유로 복지급여수급계좌로 이체할 수 없을 때에는 현금 지급 등 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 복지 급여를 지급할 수 있다.

② 복지급여수급계좌의 해당 금융기관은 이 법에 따른 복지 급여만이 복지급여수급계좌에 입금되도록 관리하여야 한다.
