Act on Aircraft and Railway Accident Investigation, Article 9 (Guarantee of Status of Members)

①위원은 임기 중 직무와 관련하여 독립적으로 권한을 행사 한다.

1. 제8조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우

2. 심신장애로 인하여 직무를 수행할 수 없다고 인정되는 경우
