항공안전기술원법 제10조(이사회)

① 기술원의 중요한 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 기술원에 이사회를 둔다.

② 이사회는 원장을 포함한 이사로 구성되며, 그 의장은 원장이 된다.

(2) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 president,프^r레저덴트 and앤드 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 its잇츠 chair.체어

③ 이사회의 회의는 의장이나 재적이사 3분의 1 이상의 요구로 소집한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 at앳 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 chair체어 or오 at앳 least리스트 one원 third^θ써드 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 directors.더^r렉터즈

④ 감사는 이사회에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð디 auditor오디터 may메이 attend어텐드 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 state스테잇 his히즈 or오 her허 opinion.어피니언

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 이사회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
