항공안전기술원법 제16조(사업 및 결산 보고)

① 기술원은 매 사업연도가 끝났을 때에는 지체 없이 그 사업연도마다 결산서를 작성하고, 감사원규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자 중에서 선임한 회계감사인(이하 "회계감사인"이라 한다)의 회계감사를 받아야 한다. 이 경우 매 회계연도가 끝난 후 감사원규칙으로 정하는 기간 내에 회계감사인에게 결산서를 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2017.10.31>

② 기술원은 다음 연도 2월 마지막 날까지 제1항에 따라 작성된 결산서를 국토교통부장관에게 제출하고 승인을 받아 결산을 확정하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 결산서의 기재사항 중 항공안전 등과 관련하여 「국가정보원법」 제4조제1항제2호에 따른 국가 기밀에 속하는 업무와 그 업무와 직접 관련되는 업무에 관한 사항으로서 국토교통부장관이 승인하는 사항은 회계감사인의 회계감사 대상에서 제외할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.15>
