Enforcement Decree of the Aerospace Industry Development Promotion Act, Article 7-3 (Payment of Contributions, etc.)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제4조제2항 각 호에 해당하는 자(이하 "사업실시자"라 한다)에 대하여 법 제4조제3항에 따라 출연금을 지급하는 때에는 분할하여 지급한다. 다만, 사업의 규모, 성격, 착수시기 등을 고려하여 필요한 경우에는 일시에 지급할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 출연금을 지급받은 사업실시자는 그 출연금에 대하여 별도의 계정을 설정하여 관리하여야 한다.

③ 사업실시자는 제1항에 따라 지급받은 출연금을 다음 각 호의 용도로만 사용해야 한다. <개정 2021.1.5>

④ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 사업실시자가 정당한 사유 없이 제3항에 따른 용도 외의 용도로 제1항에 따른 출연금을 사용한 경우에는 출연금을 회수할 수 있다.
