항만시설관리권 등록령 제4조(등록한 권리의 순위)

① 하나의 항만시설관리권에 관하여 등록한 권리의 순위는 다른 법령에 특별한 규정이 없으면 등록의 순서에 따른다.

② 등록의 순서는 등록용지 중 같은 구(區)에 한 등록 사이에서는 순위번호의 순서에 따르고 다른 구에 한 등록 사이에서는 접수번호의 순서에 따른다.
