항만운송사업법 시행령 제26조의6(분쟁협의회의 운영)

① 분쟁협의회의 위원장은 분쟁협의회를 대표하고, 그 업무를 총괄한다.

② 분쟁협의회의 회의는 분쟁협의회의 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하거나 재적위원 과반수의 요청이 있는 경우에 소집한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 dispute디스퓻 council카운슬 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary네서세^r리 or오 at앳 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members.멤버즈

③ 분쟁협의회의 회의는 재적위원 3분의 2 이상의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 dispute디스퓻 council카운슬 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 two투 thirds^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 two투 thirds^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 분쟁당사자는 분쟁협의회의 회의에 출석하여 의견을 진술하거나 관계 자료 등을 제출할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 분쟁협의회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 분쟁협의회의 의결을 거쳐 분쟁협의회의 위원장이 정한다.
