Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Improving Air Quality in Port Areas, Article 10 (Port Facilities Subject to Installation of Shore Power Supply Facilities, etc.)

① 법 제18조제1항 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 항만시설"이란 「항만법」 제2조제5호가목4)에 따른 계류시설로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 항만시설을 말한다. <개정 2020.7.28>

② 법 제18조제1항 단서에서 "전력시설 부족 등 대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 전력시설이 부족한 경우, 법 제18조제1항 본문에 따른 육상전원공급설비(이하 "육상전원공급설비"라 한다) 설치 시 화물 하역과정에서의 안전성을 확보하기 어려운 경우 등 육상전원공급설비의 설치가 현저히 곤란한 경우를 말한다.
