Enforcement Decree of the Maritime Traffic Safety Act, Article 27 (Custody and Disposal of Ships, etc.)

① 해양수산부장관은 법 제106조제2항에 따라 보관 중인 선박 등이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하여 그 보관이 부적당하다고 인정되는 경우에는 공매하여 그 대금을 보관할 수 있다.

1. 멸실ㆍ손상 또는 부패의 우려가 있거나 가격이 현저히 감소될 우려가 있는 경우

② 해양수산부장관은 제1항에 따른 공매로 취득한 금액 중에서 해당 물건의 보관과 공매 등에 든 비용을 제외하고 남은 금액이 있는 경우에는 「공탁법」에 따라 공탁해야 한다.
