Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of Dissemination of Offshore Wind Power and Fostering of the Industry, Article 2 (Composition of Offshore Wind Power Committee, etc.)

① 「해상풍력 보급 촉진 및 산업 육성에 관한 특별법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제7조제2항제1호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 중앙행정기관의 장"이란 해양경찰청장 및 국가정보원장을 말한다.

② 법 제7조제2항제2호에 따른 위촉위원은 같은 조 제7항에 따른 임기가 끝난 경우에도 후임(後任) 위원이 위촉될 때까지 그 직무를 수행할 수 있다.
