Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of Dissemination of Offshore Wind Power and Fostering of the Industry, Article 4 (Composition and Operation of Working-Level Committee)

① 법 제7조제9항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다.

④ 실무위원회는 심의에 필요하다고 인정되는 경우 관계 공무원 또는 관계 전문가를 실무위원회에 출석하게 하여 그 의견을 들을 수 있다.

⑤ 제3항제2호에 따라 위촉되는 실무위원회 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당 위촉위원은 임기가 끝난 경우에도 후임 위원이 위촉될 때까지 그 직무를 수행할 수 있다.

⑥ 실무위원회 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 그 의사에 반하여 해임 또는 해촉되지 않는다.

1. 금고 이상의 형을 선고받은 경우
