해양레저관광진흥법 제12조(해양레저관광 협회)

① 해양레저관광 사업자, 관련 연구기관 및 교육기관, 그 밖에 해양수산부령으로 정하는 자는 해양레저관광의 건전한 발전을 위하여 해양수산부장관의 인가를 받아 해양레저관광 협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

(1) Marine머^r린 leisure레저 tourism투^r리점 business비즈니스 operators,아퍼^r레이터즈 related^r릴레이티드 research^r리서치 institutes인스터툿츠 and앤드 educational에저케이셔늘 institutions,인스티투션즈 and앤드 others어^ð더즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 may,메이 with위^ð드 the^ð디 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries,^f피셔^r리즈 establish이스태블리시 a어 Marine머^r린 Leisure레저 Tourism투^r리점 Association어소우시에이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association")어소우시에이션 for^f포 the^ð더 sound사운드 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 marine머^r린 leisure레저 tourism.투^r리점

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 juristic주어^r리스틱 person.퍼슨

③ 협회는 다음 각 호의 사업을 한다.

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 conduct칸덕트 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 business:비즈니스

④ 협회의 정관은 해양수산부장관의 인가를 받아야 하며, 이를 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.

(4) The^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 authorized오^θ써^r라이즈드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries,^f피셔^r리즈 and앤드 the^ð더 same세임 shall섈 apply어플라이 when웬 amending어멘딩 them.^ð뎀

⑤ 정관의 기재사항과 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(5) Matters매터즈 to투 be비 stated스테이티드 in인 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 operation,아퍼^r레이션 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

⑥ 협회에 관하여 이 법에서 정한 것을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

(6) Except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 this^ð디스 Act,액트 the^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트 on안 incorporated인코퍼^r레이티드 associations어소우시에이션즈 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션
