Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Investigation of and Inquiry into Marine Accidents, Article 12 (Decisions on Exclusion)
심판원은 심판관이나 비상임심판관에게 제척(除斥)의 사유가 있을 때에는 직권으로 또는 당사자의 신청에 의하여 제척 결정을 한다.
Where there are grounds for exclusion of a tribunal judge or non-standing tribunal judge, the Tribunal shall make a decision on exclusion ex officio or upon application by a party.
