해양사고의 조사 및 심판에 관한 법률 시행령 제41조(심판정)

① 심판기일에 하는 심판은 각급 심판원의 심판정에서 개정(開廷)한다. 다만, 합의체심판부는 중앙심판원장의 승인을, 단독심판관은 소속 심판원장의 승인을 받아 해당 심판원의 심판정 외의 장소에서 개정할 수 있다.

② 심판정은 정수의 심판관ㆍ비상임심판관 및 서기가 참석하고 조사관이 출석하여 개정한다.
