해양사고의 조사 및 심판에 관한 법률 시행령 제74조(조서와 관련한 관계인의 청구에 대한 조치)

심판정에서 한 심판관계인의 진술을 수록한 조서에 대하여 진술자가 청구할 때에는 심판장은 서기로 하여금 그 진술에 관한 부분을 읽어 들려주고 증감 또는 변경 신청이 있을 때에는 그 사실을 조서에 적게 하여야 한다.
