Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Conservation and Management of Marine Ecosystems, Article 3 (Establishment and Operation of the Marine Ecosystem Information System)

①해양수산부장관은 법 제7조제3항에 따라 해양생태계정보체계의 구축ㆍ운영에 관한 업무를 다음 각 호의 기관 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.2.7, 2018.4.30>

② 해양수산부장관은 제1항에 따라 업무를 위탁한 때에는 수탁기관 및 위탁업무의 내용 등을 고시하여야 한다. <신설 2017.2.7>

③해양수산부장관은 법 제7조제3항에 따라 해양생태계정보체계의 구축ㆍ운영에 관한 업무를 전문기관에 위탁한 경우에는 그 원활한 업무수행을 위하여 필요한 설비ㆍ기술ㆍ행정에 대한 지원을 할 수 있으며, 필요한 경우 예산의 범위 안에서 재정적인 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.2.7>
