Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Marine and Fisheries Development, Article 24 (Designation of Specialized Statistics Institutions)

① 해양수산부장관은 법 제36조제3항에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관을 해양수산 관련 통계의 작성ㆍ관리에 관한 전문성이 있는 기관(이하 "통계전문기관"이라 한다)으로 지정할 수 있다.
