해양수산발전 기본법 시행령 제7조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원회의 위원장(이하 이 조에서 "위원장"이라 한다)은 위원회의 사무를 총괄하고, 위원회의 회의를 소집한다.

② 위원장이 회의를 소집하려는 경우에는 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 안건을 회의 개최 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 알려야 한다.

(2) When웬 intending인텐딩 to투 convene컨^v빈 a어 meeting,미팅 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 each이치 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 date,데잇 time,타임 place,플레이스 and앤드 agenda어젠다 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting미팅 at앳 least리스트 seven세^v븐 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 meeting.미팅

③ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원회의 간사위원의 사무처리를 보좌하기 위하여 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 해양수산부 소속 공무원 중에서 위원회의 간사위원이 지명한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(4) One원 clerk클러크 shall섈 be비 assigned어사인드 to투 assist어시스트 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 in인 handling핸들링 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 clerk클러크 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries.^f피셔^r리즈

⑤ 위원장은 위원회의 회의록을 작성하여 갖춰 두어야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 and앤드 keep킵 the^ð더 minutes미닛츠 of어^v브 Committee커미티 meetings.미팅즈
