해양재난구조대의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제13조(관리ㆍ지원 및 교육ㆍ훈련 등)

① 해양경찰청장등은 해양재난구조대원에 대하여 제8조에 따른 임무수행에 필요한 관리ㆍ지원 및 교육ㆍ훈련을 실시하여야 한다.

② 해양경찰청장등은 제1항에 따른 관리ㆍ지원 및 교육ㆍ훈련을 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 「수상에서의 수색ㆍ구조 등에 관한 법률」 제26조에 따라 설립된 한국해양구조협회에 위탁할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 소요 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 관리ㆍ지원 및 교육ㆍ훈련의 내용, 주기, 방법 등에 필요한 사항은 해양수산부령으로 정한다.
