③ 법 제70조에 따라 해양오염방제업ㆍ유창청소업을 등록한 자(이하 "방제ㆍ청소업자"라 한다)는 법 제72조제1항에 따라 오염물질 방제ㆍ청소ㆍ수거 처리실적서에 오염물질 방제ㆍ청소ㆍ수거 처리대장 사본을 첨부하여 분기가 끝나는 달의 다음 달 15일까지 해양경찰서장에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 법 제115조제7항에 따른 전산망을 이용하여 오염물질 수거 및 처리실적을 입력한 경우에는 이를 제출한 것으로 본다. <개정 2011.9.29, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.28>
