Enforcement Rule of the Marine Environment Management Act, Article 74 (Designation of Agents)

① 법 제112조제3항에서 "해양수산부령이 정하는 지정기준"이란 별표 29에 따른 지정기준을 말한다. <개정 2024.6.28>

② 법 제112조제3항에 따라 업무대행자로 지정받으려는 자는 별지 제71호서식의 자재ㆍ약제의 성능시험 및 검정업무대행자 지정신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 해양경찰청장에게 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 해양경찰청장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서(법인인 경우만 해당한다) 및 사업자등록증명을 각각 확인하여야 하며, 신청인이 사업자등록증명의 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 해당 서류를 제출하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2008.3.14, 2011.4.11, 2013.3.24, 2014.11.19, 2017.6.28, 2017.7.28, 2024.6.28>
