해양환경관리법 시행규칙 제83조(수수료 등)

① 법 제122조제1항에 따라 해양시설오염비상계획서의 검인ㆍ변경검인, 자재ㆍ약제의 형식승인ㆍ검정 및 형식승인대상외 자재ㆍ약제의 성능인증, 성능시험 및 검정에 대하여 납부하는 수수료는 별표 32와 같다. <개정 2011.9.29, 2018.5.1, 2024.6.28>

② 국외에서 검사 등을 받으려는 자는 제1항에 따른 수수료의 4배에 상당하는 금액을 납부하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.1>
