해외건설 촉진법 시행령 제20조의6(분과위원회)

① 위원회는 위원회의 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 분과위원회(이하 "분과위원회"라 한다)를 둘 수 있다.

② 각 분과위원회는 분과위원장 1명을 포함하여 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 범위에서 해당 분과위원장이 지명하는 10명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) Each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 10 members멤버즈 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 that^ð댓 subcommittee,서브커미티 including인클루딩 one원 subcommittee서브커미티 chairperson,체어퍼슨 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 ranges,^r레인지즈 according어코딩 to투 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 classification:클래서^f퍼케이션

③ 각 분과위원회의 위원장은 위원회 위원 중에서 위원장이 지명한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

④ 각 분과위원회에 간사 1명을 두되, 간사는 국토교통부장관이 국토교통부 소속 공무원 중에서 임명한다.

(4) Each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary,세크^r러테^r리 who후 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport.트^r랜스포트

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 분과위원회의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 분과위원회의 의결을 거쳐 분과위원장이 정한다.
