Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Committees under Administrative Agencies, Article 7 (Checking Whether to Continue, etc.)

① 행정기관의 장은 위원회의 존속기한을 연장할 필요가 있을 때에는 법 제11조제3항에 따라 위원회의 존속기한 연장에 관하여 존속기한이 만료되기 12개월 전까지 행정안전부장관에게 협의를 요청해야 한다. <개정 2023.11.16>

② 행정기관의 장은 법률에 규정된 위원회의 존속기한을 연장할 필요가 있을 때에는 법 제11조제3항에 따라 위원회의 존속기한 연장에 관하여 행정안전부장관과 협의한 개정안을 같은 조 제4항에 따라 존속기한이 만료되기 6개월 전까지 국회에 제출해야 한다. <신설 2023.11.16>
