행정기본법 제7조(법령등 시행일의 기간 계산)

1. 법령등을 공포한 날(훈령ㆍ예규ㆍ고시ㆍ지침 등은 고시ㆍ공고 등의 방법으로 발령한 날을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)부터 시행하는 경우에는 공포한 날을 시행일로 한다.

2. 법령등을 공포한 날부터 일정 기간이 경과한 날부터 시행하는 경우 법령등을 공포한 날을 첫날에 산입하지 아니한다.

3. 법령등을 공포한 날부터 일정 기간이 경과한 날부터 시행하는 경우 그 기간의 말일이 토요일 또는 공휴일인 때에는 그 말일로 기간이 만료한다.
