Constitutional Court Act, Article 12 (President of the Constitutional Court)

① 헌법재판소에 헌법재판소장을 둔다.

② 헌법재판소장은 국회의 동의를 받아 재판관 중에서 대통령이 임명한다.

③ 헌법재판소장은 헌법재판소를 대표하고, 헌법재판소의 사무를 총괄하며, 소속 공무원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.
