헌법재판소법 제17조(사무처)

① 헌법재판소의 행정사무를 처리하기 위하여 헌법재판소에 사무처를 둔다.

② 사무처에 사무처장과 사무차장을 둔다.

(2) The^ð더 Secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 Secretary세크^r러테^r리 General제너^r럴 and앤드 a어 Deputy데퓨티 Secretary세크^r러테^r리 General.제너^r럴

③ 사무처장은 헌법재판소장의 지휘를 받아 사무처의 사무를 관장하며, 소속 공무원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

(3) The^ð더 Secretary세크^r러테^r리 General,제너^r럴 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Constitutional칸스터투셔늘 Court,코트 administers애드미니스터즈 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 and앤드 directs더^r렉츠 and앤드 supervises수퍼^v바이지즈 its잇츠 public퍼블릭 officials.어^f피실즈

④ 사무처장은 국회 또는 국무회의에 출석하여 헌법재판소의 행정에 관하여 발언할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 Secretary세크^r러테^r리 General제너^r럴 may메이 attend어텐드 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Assembly어셈블리 or오 the^ð더 State스테잇 Council카운슬 and앤드 speak스픽 on안 the^ð디 administration애드미니스트^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Constitutional칸스터투셔늘 Court.코트

⑤ 헌법재판소장이 한 처분에 대한 행정소송의 피고는 헌법재판소 사무처장으로 한다.

(5) The^ð더 defendant디^f펜던트 in인 an앤 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 litigation리터게이션 against어겐스트 a어 disposition디스퍼지션 made메이드 by바이 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Constitutional칸스터투셔늘 Court코트 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Secretary세크^r러테^r리 General제너^r럴 of어^v브 the^ð더 Constitutional칸스터투셔늘 Court.코트

⑥ 사무차장은 사무처장을 보좌하며, 사무처장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 그 직무를 대행한다.

⑦ 사무처에 실, 국, 과를 둔다.

(7) The^ð더 Secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 shall섈 have해^v브 offices,오^f퍼시즈 bureaus,뷰^r로즈 and앤드 divisions.디^v비전즈

⑧ 실에는 실장, 국에는 국장, 과에는 과장을 두며, 사무처장ㆍ사무차장ㆍ실장 또는 국장 밑에 정책의 기획, 계획의 입안, 연구ㆍ조사, 심사ㆍ평가 및 홍보업무를 보좌하는 심의관 또는 담당관을 둘 수 있다.

⑨ 이 법에 규정되지 아니한 사항으로서 사무처의 조직, 직무 범위, 사무처에 두는 공무원의 정원, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 헌법재판소규칙으로 정한다.
