혈액관리법 시행령 제5조의5(채혈금지대상자에 대한 통지)

① 보건복지부장관은 법 제7조의2제4항에 따라 채혈금지대상자 명부에 기재된 자의 요청이 있는 경우 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 채혈금지 사유 및 기간 등 관련 사항을 통지할 수 있다. <개정 2010.3.15>

② 보건복지부장관은 제1항에 따른 통지를 하는 경우 밀봉하는 등의 방법으로 채혈금지대상자 본인 외의 사람은 알 수 없도록 하여야 하며, 채혈금지기간 동안 헌혈하지 않도록 안내하여야 한다. <개정 2010.3.15>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 채혈금지대상자에 대한 통지에 관하여 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.3.15>
