형법 제323조(권리행사방해)

타인의 점유 또는 권리의 목적이 된 자기의 물건 또는 전자기록등 특수매체기록을 취거, 은닉 또는 손괴하여 타인의 권리행사를 방해한 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 700만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 1995.12.29>
