Act on the Use of Electronic Documents in Criminal Justice Procedures, Article 7 (User Registration)

① 전산정보처리시스템을 이용하려는 자(형사사법업무 처리기관 소속 공무원은 제외한다)는 대통령령 또는 대법원규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 사용자등록을 하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 사용자등록(이하 "사용자등록"이라 한다)을 한 자(이하 "등록사용자"라 한다)는 대통령령 또는 대법원규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 사용자등록을 철회할 수 있다.

③ 형사사법업무 처리기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유가 있는 경우에는 대통령령 또는 대법원규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 등록사용자의 전산정보처리시스템 사용을 정지하거나 사용자등록을 말소할 수 있다.

1. 등록사용자의 동일성이 인정되지 아니하는 경우

2. 사용자등록을 신청하거나 사용자정보를 변경할 때 전산정보처리시스템에 거짓된 내용을 입력한 경우

3. 다른 등록사용자의 전산정보처리시스템 사용을 방해하거나 다른 등록사용자의 정보를 도용하는 등 전산정보처리시스템을 이용한 형사사법절차의 진행에 지장을 준 경우
