형사소송법 제476조(자격형의 집행)

자격상실 또는 자격정지의 선고를 받은 자에 대하여는 이를 수형자원부에 기재하고 지체없이 그 등본을 형의 선고를 받은 자의 등록기준지와 주거지의 시(區가 設置되지 아니한 市를 말한다. 이하 같다)ㆍ구ㆍ 읍ㆍ면장(都農複合形態의 市에 있어서는 洞地域인 경우에는 市ㆍ區 의 長, 邑ㆍ面地域인 경우에는 邑ㆍ面의 長으로 한다)에게 송부하여야 한다. <개정 1994.12.22, 2007.5.17>
