① 소장은 수형자에게 지식정보사회에 적응할 수 있는 교육기회를 부여하기 위하여 정보화 교육과정을 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

③ 소장은 외국어 교육대상자가 교육실 외에서의 어학학습장비를 이용한 외국어학습을 원하는 경우에는 계호 수준, 독거 여부, 교육 정도 등에 대한 교도관회의(「교도관 직무규칙」 제21조에 따른 교도관회의를 말한다. 이하 같다)의 심의를 거쳐 허가할 수 있다.
