형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제229조(집행절차)

① 징벌위원회는 영 제132조에 따라 소장에게 징벌의결 내용을 통고하는 경우에는 징벌의결서 정본(正本)을 첨부하여야 한다.

② 소장은 징벌을 집행하려면 징벌의결의 내용과 징벌처분에 대한 불복방법 등을 기록한 별지 제19호서식의 징벌집행통지서에 징벌의결서 부본(副本)을 첨부하여 해당 수용자에게 전달하여야 한다.

③ 영 제137조에 따른 징벌집행부는 별지 제19호의2 서식에 따른다. <신설 2019.10.22>

④ 소장은 영 제137조에 따라 수용자의 징벌에 관한 사항을 징벌집행부에 기록한 때에는 그 내용을 제119조제3항에 따른 교정정보시스템에 입력해야 한다. <신설 2019.10.22>
