Act on the Execution of Sentences and the Treatment of Inmates, Article 3 (Scope of Application)
이 법은 교정시설의 구내와 교도관이 수용자를 계호(戒護)하고 있는 그 밖의 장소로서 교도관의 통제가 요구되는 공간에 대하여 적용한다.
This Act shall apply to the premises of correctional institutions and to other places where correctional officers are guarding inmates and where control by correctional officers is required.
