① 산업통상부장관은 법 제6조의2제1항에 따른 권고에 따라 보안관리계획을 작성ㆍ제출하고 이를 실행하려는 신고제조자에게는 법 제6조의3제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
