화학무기ㆍ생물무기의 금지와 특정화학물질ㆍ생물작용제 등의 제조ㆍ수출입 규제 등에 관한 법률 제14조(시설협정의 체결)

① 외교부장관은 국제기구와 화학무기금지협약의 검증부속서에 따른 국제사찰의 대상이 되는 시설(화학무기금지협약에 따른 일정한 구역을 포함한다. 이하 "사찰대상시설"이라 한다)에 대하여 필요한 시설협정을 체결한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 외교부장관은 제1항에 따른 시설협정을 체결하려는 경우에는 미리 사찰대상시설을 관장하는 중앙행정기관의 장(이하 "주무관청"이라 한다)과 협의하여야 하고, 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 미리 사찰대상시설을 소유 또는 운영하는 자(이하 "사찰대상자"라 한다)의 의견을 듣거나 관계 시설 명세서 및 설계도면 등을 제출하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
