화학물질관리법 시행령 제10조(인체급성유해성물질 등 수입신고의 면제 대상)

1. 인체급성유해성물질, 인체만성유해성물질 또는 생태유해성물질(이하 "인체등유해성물질"이라 한다)에 해당하는 시험용ㆍ연구용ㆍ검사용 시약을 그 목적으로 사용하기 위하여 수입하려는 경우

2. 인체등유해성물질에 해당하는 측정기기 교정ㆍ측정용 표준가스를 그 목적으로 수입하려는 경우

3. 연간 100킬로그램 이하의 인체등유해성물질을 수입하려는 경우

4. 금지물질에 해당하는 인체등유해성물질을 수입하려는 경우로서 법 제18조제1항 단서에 따른 수입허가를 받은 경우

5. 제한물질에 해당하는 인체등유해성물질을 수입하려는 경우로서 법 제18조제2항 단서에 따른 수입허가를 받거나 같은 조 제5항 본문에 따른 수입신고가 수리된 경우

6. 허가물질에 해당하는 인체등유해성물질을 수입하려는 경우로서 법 제19조제1항 본문에 따른 수입허가를 받거나 같은 조 제7항에 따른 수입신고가 수리된 경우
