환경기술 및 환경산업 지원법 시행규칙 제33조(시공감리자)

① 법 제16조제1항에 따라 시ㆍ도지사나 대도시의 장이 시공감리자로 지정할 수 있는 자는 법 제15조제5항에 따른 영업정지처분을 받지 아니한 환경전문공사업자로 한다. <개정 2011.10.28, 2026.3.19>

② 제1항에 따라 시ㆍ도지사나 대도시의 장이 시공감리자를 지정하려는 경우에는 미리 해당 환경시설의 설치자와 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2011.10.28, 2026.3.19>
