Enforcement Rule of the Act on Support for Environmental Technology and Environmental Industry, Article 6 (Application Procedures for New Technology Certification and Technology Verification)

① 「환경기술 및 환경산업 지원법 시행령」(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제18조에 따른 신기술인증이나 기술검증 신청서는 별지 제2호서식에 따른다. <개정 2026.3.19>

(1) An앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 new누 technology텍날러지 certification서터^f퍼케이션 or오 technology텍날러지 verification^v베^r러^f퍼케이션 under언더 Article아터클 18 of어^v브 the^ð디 Enforcement엔^f포스먼트 Decree디크^r리 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 Support서포트 for^f포 Environmental인^v바이^r런멘틀 Technology텍날러지 and앤드 Environmental인^v바이^r런멘틀 Industry인더스트^r리 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Decree")디크^r리 shall섈 be비 in인 Form^f폼 No.노우 2.

② 영 제18조의4제1항에 따라 기후에너지환경부장관은 다음 각 호의 사항을 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

⑤ 법 제7조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따라 신기술인증이나 기술검증을 신청하는 자는 다음 각 호의 비용을 「한국환경산업기술원법」에 따른 한국환경산업기술원(이하 "한국환경산업기술원"이라 한다)에 내야 한다. 다만, 제2호에 따른 비용은 기술검증을 신청하는 경우에만 낸다. <개정 2014.1.17, 2017.1.26>
