환경오염시설의 통합관리에 관한 법률 제21조의4(보수교육)

① 제21조의2제3항에 따라 통합환경관리인 자격을 취득한 사람은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간에 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보수교육을 받아야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따른 보수교육을 받지 아니한 사람은 보수교육 기간이 만료한 다음날부터 통합환경관리인 자격이 정지된다. 다만, 자격정지 후 1년 이내에 보수교육을 받은 경우 보수교육을 받은 날부터 자격의 효력이 다시 발생한다.

③ 사업자는 해당 통합관리사업장의 통합환경관리인이 제2항에 따라 자격이 정지된 경우 제21조의2제5항에 따라 직무대리자를 지정하여야 한다.

④ 통합환경관리인을 고용한 사업자는 제1항 각 호에 해당하는 통합환경관리인에게 보수교육을 받게 하여야 한다. 이 경우 사업자는 보수교육에 드는 비용을 부담하여야 한다.
