환자안전법 시행령 제3조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원회의 위원장은 위원회를 대표하고 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 3분의 1 이상이 요구하거나 위원회의 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 소집하고, 위원회의 위원장이 그 의장이 된다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 when웬 requested^r리퀘스티드 by바이 at앳 least리스트 one-third원-^θ써드 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 or오 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary,네서세^r리 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 serve서^v브 as애즈 the^ð더 chair.체어

③ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원회의 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(4) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 grounds,그^r라운즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

⑤ 위원회에 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 보건복지부 소속 공무원 중에서 보건복지부장관이 지명한다.

(5) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 who후 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare.웰^f페어

⑥ 위원회의 회의에 출석한 위촉위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다.

(6) Commissioned커미션드 members멤버즈 who후 attend어텐드 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 may메이 be비 paid페이드 allowances얼라원시즈 and앤드 travel트^r래^v블 expenses익스펜시즈 within위^ð딘 budgetary버지테^r리 limits.리멋츠
