112신고의 운영 및 처리에 관한 법률 제14조(다른 정보시스템과의 연계)

① 경찰청장 및 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 급박한 사람의 생명, 신체, 재산의 보호를 위한 112신고 처리를 위하여 112신고 정보 등의 공유가 필요한 경우 관계 기관의 장에게 112시스템과 해당 기관의 정보시스템과의 연계를 요청할 수 있다.

② 경찰청장 및 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 제1항에 따라 관계 기관의 장에게 정보시스템의 연계를 요청할 경우 해당 기관의 장과 사전에 협의하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 정보시스템의 연계 기준ㆍ방법 및 절차, 관계 기관, 연계 정보의 범위 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
