119구조ㆍ구급에 관한 법률 제23조의2(감염병환자등의 이송 등)

① 소방청장등은 「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제2조제13호부터 제15호까지 및 제15호의2의 감염병환자, 감염병의사환자, 병원체보유자 또는 감염병의심자(이하 "감염병환자등"이라 한다)의 이송 등의 업무를 수행할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 감염병환자등의 이송 범위, 방법, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
