Special Act on Relief for and Support to the Victims of the April 16 Sewol Ferry Disaster, Article 37 (April 16 Sewol Ferry Disaster Victims Support and Deceased Victims Commemoration Committee)

① 이 법에 따른 피해자 지원 및 희생자 추모사업 등을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 국무총리 소속으로 4ㆍ16세월호참사 피해자 지원 및 희생자 추모위원회(이하 "지원ㆍ추모위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 지원ㆍ추모위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결한다.

1. 생활지원금ㆍ심리상담ㆍ교육비 등 지원, 공동체회복 지원, 교육환경 개선 등 피해자 지원에 관한 사항

④ 지원ㆍ추모위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성하고, 분과위원회의 위원장과 분과위원은 위원 중에서 위원장이 지명한다.

⑤ 「4ㆍ16세월호참사 진상규명 및 안전사회 건설 등을 위한 특별법」 제16조에 따라 설치된 지원 소위원회의 위원은 피해자 지원대책 점검 업무의 효율적 수행을 위하여 필요하면 지원ㆍ추모위원회 회의에 참석하여 발언할 수 있다.
