5ㆍ18민주화운동 진상규명을 위한 특별법 시행령 제14조(진상규명 활동의 협의ㆍ조정)

위원회는 법 제35조제2항에 따라 자체 진상규명을 위한 위원회 등 특별기구를 설치한 국가기관등과 조사 중인 사건이 중복되는 경우 그 조정에 관한 사항 등에 관하여 협의ㆍ조정할 수 있다. <개정 2021.8.10>
