Act on the Protection of Virtual Asset Users, Article 13 (Supervision and Inspection of Virtual Asset Service Providers)

① 금융위원회는 가상자산사업자가 이 법 또는 이 법에 따른 명령이나 처분을 적절히 준수하는지 여부를 감독하고, 가상자산사업자의 업무와 재산상황에 관하여 검사할 수 있다.
